Description:

“On The Moon” is the first single from the newest up and coming Vallie project “Disconnected”. Described as the “introverts or wallflower’s anthem”, “On The Moon”, depicts the world of a creative who’s viewed as an outcast for their out-of-box thinking. Deciding the real world’s not for them, they run of into their imagination instead, viewing others and the situations around them from an outer space like distance.

*fun fact* the hysterical laughter heard at the beginning of the track was an unplanned addition. The audio was cut from one of the many mess-ups Vallie made when tracking the vocals. At one point, she was so frustrated she let out the howl and the co-producer, Travis Wyrick, dragged it to the front of the song to poke fun. It was left as the opening for the rest of the duration of production. When going to mastering, it was decided to leave it in as it became the signature of the song.
